冯冲,博士,教授。2005年于中国科技大学计算机系获工学博士学位后,至2010年3月在中科院计算机语言信息工程研究中心从事语言信息处理领域研究开发和项目管理工作。2010年3月随团队调入bat365在线平台官方网站计算机学院。现为计算机学院语言智能和社会计算研究所副所长兼书记,同时担任北京市海量语言信息处理和云计算应用工程研究中心副主任、工信部信息智能处理与内容安全重点实验室副主任。担任中国中文信息学会机器翻译专委会副主任委员,中国计算机学会中文信息技术专委会委员; KBS、TKDE等SCI国际期刊审稿人;COLING、CCL、CCMT等国内外学术会议的领域主席和程序委员。
专注从事语言信息处理技术近二十年。作为负责人承担国家重点研发计划项目、国家863计划项目、国家自然科学基金等各类科研项目10余项,作为核心骨干参与GF项目5项。所研制开发的技术和平台在解放军某部、国家AQ部某局、国家计算机网络与安全管理中心、北京市科技情报所等部门部署运行,突破了关键技术,取得了显著效果,产生了良好效益。在TKDE、KBS、SIGIR、EMNLP、AAAI等高水平国际期刊和会议发表一作论文SCI索引10余篇、EI索引20余篇。获省部级一等奖1奖、省部级二等奖1项(排名第4)、省部级三等奖2项(排名均为第2)、GF科技成果鉴定 4 项。校优秀共产党员。
近十年来指导四十余名硕士、博士研究生。所指导的硕士生2人次获优秀硕士论文。负责研究生教改项目2项。其中已毕业硕士研究生去向有知名企业(腾讯、百度、今日头条、滴滴、阿里、中国银行、招商银行等)、攻读博士继续深造(美国卡耐基梅隆大学等)、研究机构(中科院信工所、电科院高压所等)。目前在读硕士研究生17人。同时,承担面向北京市的本科招生宣传和咨询任务,2019年获评bat365在线平台官方网站“卓越领航人”

当前研究工作主要在多语信息处理和智能辅助翻译、社会媒体与知识图谱等智能语言处理相关领域。
